Roadmap

Start with a data standard, train against it, then prove the system in the field.

THOR begins with verified robotics data because the output can be sold and measured now. The next stage is training and evaluating models on that standard, followed by bounded industry pilots where the full system can be judged under operating conditions.

THOR RoadmapTHOR's phased roadmap converts data standardization and simulation into high-margin commercial pilots at scale
  1. Now

    The data standard

A policy is only portable if the data behind it was labelled to a published specification.

  2. Next

    Models on that standard

Policies trained end to end on THOR-verified data, reproducible by the buyer rather than taken on trust.

  3. Then

    Pilots with industry

Operators own the use case and the site. THOR supplies the data, the model and the stack around them.

What the market pays for deployment
  • ~$39BOn ~150 unitsRoughly 400x revenue
  • ~$14BOn ~$30MWhat a deployable policy is worth first
  • NVIDIA
GR00TA closed stack owned by one company

That order gives deployment credibility because the data and evaluation behind it can be reproduced, while every field result gives THOR a sharper brief for the next round of work.
