Economics
Commercial contracts and network rewards run on separate rails.
Customers contract with THOR for delivery, and that revenue pays for operations, growth and capital expenditure. Contributors earn rewards for work that validators accept, with the job price set independently from the customer contract.

Economic control //THOR independently prices customer contracts and miner work to balance quality, margin and network growth.
This separation lets THOR quote customers on commercial terms while the network pays against measured contribution. Any treasury activity remains discretionary after the operating needs of the business are met.
